I'm Rob Collins Chef and Owner of Babito's Bites.
I started Babito's Bites in March of 2018 after 20 years in corporate training and development to pursue my passion for cooking.
Babito's Bites was created to provide great tasting grain-free, gluten-free and traditional versions of traditional American cuisine to groups as small as two and as large as 250.

We worked with Babito's Bites to cater a Hawaiian-themed lunch for a celebration of life luau in June 2023. Rob was excellent to work with, extremely communicative, responsive and flexible in designing a custom menu including Kalua Pork, Shoyu Chicken with Rice, Pineapple and Meatball Skewers, Pineapple and Tofu Skewers....
